@MultiBrunolucas english please we let u visit? com on now…lmao
he should say its “crap” only 6000 $ worth, and buy? it ;-)
@MultiBrunolucas
The “Expect”? . . . . . I assume? you meant “expert”. . . .you’re kidding, right?
probably the dullest owner of a valuable painting I’ve ever seen. Appraised at half a million, but then a painting by the same artist sold 10 years later for $21 million “so I may be a little? conservative here” and she replies “Oh, well at least we have a baseline for insurance purposes.” Well not exactly. Go ahead and insure it for $500k and then when it burns up in a house fire, you’ll wish you had insured it for $21 million you twit!
Looks like something a 10? year old painted
So? much excitement
I meant to type? “their work becomes worth a lot more” instead of “their work become work a lot more”!
Clyfford Still was best known for his Abstract Expressionist work. This is the first I’ve seen of his? early work. Much like Jackson Pollock, Mark Rothko, Barnett Newman and even Mark Tobey (if you can find his work) he’s an amazing painter and I love his work. I saw someone comment about why art sells for so much and I’d just like to respond by saying that any artist that invents a new style of art their work become work a lot more. Its a lot like electronics but without the depreciation!
@5599168 …seeing how messed up the? economy is right now everyone that bought real estate made a bad investment…in time the value will go back up to what the buyers paid but that will take at least 10yrs or more…
@SteveSabbai Your house is? only worth $80,000 because people will only pay $80,000. If a purchaser would still pay $150,000 for your house, it’d still be worth $150,000. You made a bad investment. It sucks, but that’s the case.
@MultiBrunolucas Your opinion matters! Thanks for commenting!?
the expect here fucking sucks, he is the worst, ?
@5599168 …tell that to all the people that owe more than what their house is worth…i paid 150,000 for my house and right? now its only worth 80,000…you are talking about economics i was talking personal value…
@SteveSabbai Incorrect. Everything is worth what the purchaser will pay for it. You’d be? a fool to not buy this when you could turn around and sell it for more. That’s just the way that economies work.
@WatsupBroh …make sure you get the Dogs playing? Poker :)
@MultiMAGICDAN …actually its not worth anymore than the price of the paint and canvas…Marketing is what? causes people to “think” that a certain item has a high price value…my definition of Marketing is The art of tricking the ignorant masses into thinking that your product is valuable…just look at all the overpriced namebrand items people buy nowadays…Name Brand Snobs are a “special” group of people…
from now on, every painting I see? on the curb is coming home with me.
i dont understand? how these paintings are worth that much?
@kozmon0t Tell me how you REALLY? feel!
@Ultranothing you condescending capitalist snob. Nuff? said.
@kozmon0t Ah, that is what I thought you’d meant.
Fun fact: Did you know that the top ten percent wealth earners in this country currently pay over 90% of all taxes brought in by the U.S. Government?
And did you know that there are nearly fifty million people in this country who pay ZERO taxes? Anyone who receives a REFUND in April, for example?
And where is the incentive to become successful and earn money when it is looked as “evil” and? “wrong” to be wealth?
Ever work for a poor man?
@Ultranothing you can? choose to make rich people pay taxes.
